About Chelmsford Law, P.C.
At Chelmsford Law, P.C., we are more than simply legal generalists. Our expertise, focus, and passions are on representing LGTBQ individuals in all range of legal disputes, employment, and transactional issues.
While LGBTQ individuals face legal issues similar to everyone, in our vast experience, LGBTQ individuals, families, and loved ones face disproportionate challenges in the fields of employment law, adoptions and family issues, caregiver and healthcare concerns, wills and estates, education, and in securing their fundamental rights to public accommodations.
We’ve found that our determined, specialized, and direct approach to LGBTQ issues make us the perfect LGBTQ advocate. Our years of experience in tracking the progression of LGBTQ rights means that we know how far these rights have come—and have much more they must still evolve. Our extensive knowledge and contacts in this area of law mean that we can draw on years of knowledge and personal connections to zealously advocate on your behalf, or on behalf of family or loved ones. After talking with us, you’ll understand the enormous advantage you’ll have in consulting with a true LGBTQ legal specialist.
Tremendous strides have been made in the field of LGBTQ rights, yet there remains an extraordinary amount of work yet to be done. Every victory for an LGBTQ individual, family member, and caregiver is not only a triumph for them, but a triumph for the entire LGBTQ community, and for human rights in general. It is our business, our passion, and our distinct honor to be a small component in the quickly evolving field of LGBTQ rights, and we would be thrilled to devote our expertise to your next legal issue.
